Refund policy

We strive to provide the best service and ensure satisfaction, but due to the nature of our custom products, refunds and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

Cancellations and Partial Refunds

• Before Production: If you cancel your order before production begins, we offer a partial refund. A $25 fee per design will be deducted to cover the design work already completed. Please note, the “First in Line” fee is non-refundable.
• After Production Begins: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once production has started, as each product is custom-made to order.

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital Products: Once delivered via email, digital products are non-refundable.
• New Design Requests: If you wish to have a new design created from a different photo, a $12 fee will apply for each new photo as it involves starting the design process anew.

Damaged Products

• Free Replacements: If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
  Simply provide photos of the damaged areas for verification.
• 30-Day Policy: Claims for damaged items must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  Unfortunately, we cannot process claims after this period.

Communication & Approval

• Email Communication: Ensure your email address is valid and correct, as all design proofs require approval before production begins.
• Missing Emails: If you haven’t received an email within 7 business days of purchase, check your spam folder or contact us directly. If no response is received within 48 hours, please use an alternative email address.

Shipping Information

• Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries beyond our control.

 

Proofing & Revisions

• We offer online proofing and unlimited revisions before production to ensure you are satisfied with your design.
